Database attach upgrade videos (SharePoint Server 2010)

The following videos demonstrate how to use a database attach upgrade method with read-only databases to upgrade from Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 to Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010. The first video explains how to upgrade content databases to upgrade sites based on Office SharePoint Server 2007. The second video explains how to upgrade shared services (the SSP database) and My Sites based on Office SharePoint Server 2007.
