The Fixed assets (Belgium) report displays a summary of fixed assets by fixed asset group. The report lists fixed asset acquisitions, depreciations, investments, net book value, and profits for a given year by fixed asset group. Each category is summed by fixed asset group and in total. Assets that are sold are not included in the report. This report is used to review the status of fixed assets processes and inquire into the status of fixed asset transactions. This report is typically used by chief executive officers, chief financial officers, compliance managers, financial controllers, accountants, accounting managers, accounting supervisors, accounts payable clerks, and accounts payable managers.

(BEL) This report is available only to legal entities whose primary address is in Belgium.

How to filter the data on this report

When you generate this report, the following default parameters are displayed. You can use these parameters to filter the data that will be displayed on the report. For more information, see Filter the data on a report.

Enter the year for which you want to run the report.

Fixed asset group

The group to which the fixed asset belongs.

Fixed asset number

The identification number of the fixed asset.

  2. Locate the report in the SSRS Reports\Reports node.

  3. Right-click the report and click Add-Ins > Cross-reference > Using (instant view).
