The List of open customer drafts report displays a list of open customer drafts, grouped by method of payment. For each transaction, this report displays the transaction date, bill of exchange ID, document number, customer account number and customer account name, due date, bank name and bank ID, and the amount on the draft. This report is typically used by accounts receivable administrators, credit managers, and collections managers.

Note

(FRA) This report is available only to legal entities whose primary address is in France.

How to filter the data on this report

When you generate this report, the following default parameters are displayed. You can use these parameters to filter the data that will be displayed on the report. For more information, see Filter the data on a report.

The identification for the bill of exchange.

Due date

The due date for the transaction.

  2. Locate the report in the SSRS Reports\Reports node.

  3. Right-click the report and click Add-Ins > Cross-reference > Using (instant view).
