Rule Name

The configuration object was reloaded multiple times. Transport may not receive Active Directory notifications. This alert can be addressed during business hours.

Explanation

This Error event message indicates that the Microsoft Exchange Transport service had to force the configuration objects update from Active Directory directory service many times. Normally, the configuration objects are reloaded based on Active Directory notifications. However, if an Active Directory notification is not received within the expected time, Exchange will force an update. If Exchange had to force the update many times, this may indicate that the Exchange Server is not receiving change notification messages from Active Directory.
