Clicking Load Data in the E-mail Router Configuration Manager displays no users

Clicking Load Data in the E-mail Router Configuration Manager displays only users who have the Forward mailbox or the E-mail Router option selected.

Resolution

Verify the options that are set for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM user.

To check user options

  1. Open Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

  2. Click Settings, click Administration, and then open the user record.

    Email access configuration type: Outlook
  3. Verify that the user has an e-mail address in the Primary E-mail field in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
