To remove Commerce Server 2009 R2 configuration
Log on to the operating system under a user account that has local administrator permissions.
Open a command prompt window, and navigate to the Commerce Server root directory (for example, Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Commerce Server 9.0).
Type the following command and press ENTER:
CSConfig.exe /u
The Configuration Wizard silently removes Commerce Server configuration from the system.
