Uninstalling Commerce Server 2009 R2
This topic outlines the steps you must follow to uninstall Commerce Server 2009 R2 from your system.
Uninstalling Commerce Server 2009 R2 will not remove security updates for Silverlight or SharePoint, nor will it revert your database schemas to the previous version. If you want to revert to the previous version of your database schema, you must restore the database schema with your database backup disk. Uninstalling Commerce Server 2009 R2 will not remove any Web Parts from the SharePoint Gallery.

Commerce Server 9.0 registry keys are not deleted after you uninstall Commerce Server 2009 R2 if you deployed the Solution Storefront. You must delete these keys manually. The keys are located in the registry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/CommerceServer/9.0/StoreFront.

Commerce Server 2009 R2 firewall rules remain in Windows Firewall after you uninstall Commerce Server 2009 R2. To manually remove the rules, enable the remaining Commerce Server 2009 R2 rules and then disable them. This triggers a screen refresh and the obsolete rules are no longer displayed.
