After respondents complete a questionnaire, you can view the results of the completed answer sessions. For more information, see Viewing and evaluating results and Using questionnaires.
An answer session is one user’s response to a questionnaire. You can view details about completed answer sessions in the Answers form.
The answer sessions included on the Answers form are filtered in various ways, depending on how you open the form, as shown in the following table.

From the Answers form, you can view details about answers, points earned, a respondent’s responses in each result group, and the question hierarchy used on the selected questionnaire, if any. You can also generate and print the following reports:
Results report – Displays a graphical representation of the points earned per result group for the selected answer session.
Answer report – Displays the answers selected by the respondent for each question on the questionnaire.
Incorrect answers – Includes information related to the incorrect answers that are selected by a respondent.
Note
The Results report is available only if you are using results groups on the questionnaire and if you selected Results page in the Questionnaires form.
The Answer report and the Incorrect answers reports are available only if you selected Answer report in the Questionnaires form.
