Enable-SCRunAsAccount
Enables a previously disabled Run As account.

Detailed Description
The Enable-SCRunAsAccount enables a Run As account in System Center Virtual Machine Manager (VMM) that has been previously disabled using the Disable-SCRunAsAccount cmdlet.
