ResourceDll specifies the resource DLL file that is used for multiple settings that describe an online backup service in the Windows® Server Backup menus. These settings include Microsoft-Windows-BLB-WSB-Online-Main\DescriptionText1, DescriptionText2, Icon, Link1, Link1Text, Link2, Link2Text, and ProviderName.

Path is a string that has a maximum length of 259 characters.
