User Action

Under the Monitoring tab, go to Jobs view and group the jobs by Type to view the details of the recovery jobs.

If seen during SharePoint item-level recovery

Possible reasons:

  • If the instance of SQL Server used for temporary staging is running as a Local Service.

  • If there is major version change in the SQL Server used during backed up and SQL Server used for temporary staging.

  • If SQL Server used for temporary staging is clustered.
