DPM network bandwidth usage throttling is not working because the Windows Quality of Service (QoS) Packet Scheduler is not enabled on <ServerName>. |
User Action
Either stop the DPM protection agent service on <ServerName>, and then ensure that the QoS Packet Scheduler is enabled, or disable network bandwidth usage throttling for the computer. To install the QoS Packet Scheduler: In Control Panel, point to Network Connections, right-click the appropriate connection, and then click Properties. On the General tab, click Install, click Service, click Add, click QoS Packet Scheduler, and then click OK.
