Support
You can install SharePoint 2013 and related products, such as SQL Server, on the Windows Azure platform.

Licensing
You must ensure that your Windows Azure virtualization solution meets all the licensing requirements.
SharePoint 2013
Every element of a SharePoint 2013farm that is installed on Windows Azure virtual machines must comply with the licensing requirements for SharePoint 2013 and related and supporting technologies.
