To grant Persistent Chat policy

Grant-CsPersistentChatPolicy -Identity <UserIdParameter> -PolicyName <String> [-Confirm <Switch Parameter>] [-WhatIf <Switch Parameter>]

To get Persistent Chat policy

Get-CsPersistentChatPolicy [-Identity <XdsIdentity>] [-Filter <String>] [-LocalStore <Switch Parameter>]

To remove Persistent Chat policy
