Disabling the rights management service

This topic shows how to use the Windows Azure AD Rights Management module for Windows PowerShell to disable the capabilities of the Rights Management service for your organization.

Important
For Office 365 tenants, this cmdlet should not be used. Instead, Rights Management can be disabled by using the deactivation procedure from within the Office 365 administrative portal. For more information, see Deactivating rights management.
