Chargeback Report Requirements

Applies To: System Center 2012 R2 Service Manager, System Center 2012 SP1 - Service Manager

The following information describes the steps you need to consider before installing System Center 2012 – Service Manager SP1 and chargeback reports.

  1. Review the information in the Deployment Guide for System Center 2012 - Service Manager before you install System Center 2012 – Service Manager SP1.

  2. Review hardware and software requirements for System Center 2012 Service Pack 1 (SP1) for Service Manager in the Hardware Requirements for System Center 2012 SP1 - Service Manager and Software Requirements for System Center 2012 SP1- Service Manager topics.

  3. Install System Center 2012 – Service Manager SP1.

After you have reviewed and met requirements for chargeback reports, you’re ready to install chargeback files, as described in detail in the How to Install Chargeback Reports topic.
