To save a report

Navigate to the Reports workspace by clicking the Reports icon and then select the desired report category. The feature report workspace opens.

Specify the scope of your report by selecting the criteria, and then click View Report . The report opens in a new browser window.

Confirm that the new report contains the data that you require.

In the top-right corner of the Reports workspace, click Save . If the report has already been saved, any changes made to the repot criteria will be saved. If the report is a new report, then the dialog box opens.

Type a name for this report, and then click OK . The report is saved with its criteria. Each user is limited to 100 saved reports.
To save a modified report with a new name

Navigate to the Reports workspace by clicking the Reports icon and then select the desired report. The feature report workspace opens.

Specify the scope of your report by selecting the criteria, and then click View Report . The report opens in a new browser window.

Confirm that the new report contains the data that you require.

In the top-right corner of the Reports workspace, click Save As… . The Save As dialog box opens.

Type a name for this report, and then click OK . The report is saved with its criteria. Each user is limited to 100 saved reports.
