Event ID: No event ID
Symptoms: The disk cache is slow.
Cause: One of the following might be the cause:

The disk cache is too small.

The disk cache resides on a hard disk that is low on disk space, is running many processes at the same time, or both.
Resolution: One or both of the following actions might resolve the issue:

Make the disk cache larger.

Move the disk cache to a different hard disk.
You can perform both tasks by using the Set-OfficeWebAppsFarm Windows PowerShell cmdlet.
