Word Or PowerPoint Back End Is Unreachable
Event IDs: 5231, 5239, 5240, 8111
Symptoms: Cannot communicate with an Excel, PowerPoint, or Word back end computer.
Cause: A failed computer, a bad farm topology, or both.
Resolution: One or more of the following actions might resolve the issue:

Make sure that all computers on the farm have network connectivity.

Restart the computer.

If the computer has failed, remove the computer from the Office Web Apps Server farm by using the Repair-OfficeWebAppsFarm Windows PowerShell cmdlet.
