Understanding Windows Intune Statuses
Updated: December 17, 2012
Applies To: Windows Intune
In the Windows Intune administrator console, status summaries for workspaces, device groups, and individual computers provide health indicators so that you can quickly identify, prioritize, and resolve problems. There are three health states, each of which is initiated by system-defined triggers.
Status Summaries and Status Indicators
The three key health states are indicated in the console as follows:
Red (error, indicated by a circular icon that contains an X): This health state indicates an urgent issue requiring immediate attention. This issue is not expected to resolve itself over time.
Yellow (warning, indicated by a triangular icon that contains an exclamation point): This health state indicates an issue that requires consideration. This issue might evolve into an urgent issue. In other cases, the issue might be transient and resolve itself over time.
Green (indicated by a circular icon that contains a check mark): This health state indicates that no attention is required.
