Windows Intune Update Reports

A Windows Intune update report displays the software updates that succeeded on computers in your organization, in addition to the updates that failed, are pending, or are needed. Filter updates based on criteria such as update classifications.

The Update Report displays the following information about software updates:

  • Update Title – The name of the software update.

  • Classification – The classification of the software update: Critical Update, Security Update, Definition Update, Service Pack, or Update Rollout.

  • Approved – Whether or not the update was approved.

  • Needed – The number of devices in your organization which require the software update. Click the number in the column to display details about affected devices.

  • Installed – The number of devices in your organization on which the software update was installed. Click the number in the column to display details about affected devices.

  • Failed – The number of devices in your organization on which the software update failed. Click the number in the column to display details about affected devices.

  • Pending – The number of devices in your organization on which the software update is pending. Click the number in the column to display details about affected devices.

  • Percent Evaluated – The number of devices in your organization that were evaluated for this report.
