Enabling Tracing and Debugging for the Self Service Portal

By default, Service Manager disables debugging and tracing for the Self-Service Portal (ASP.NET pages) and for the Service Manager Web service (an ASP.NET application).  When contacting Microsoft Product Support Services, they might ask you to enable tracing and debugging for troubleshooting purposes.
