Imports a user collection in Configuration Manager.
Syntax

Import-CMUserCollection -ImportFilePath <String> [-Confirm] [-WhatIf] [ <CommonParameters>]
Detailed Description
The Import-CMUserCollection cmdlet imports an object that represents a user collection in Microsoft System Center 2012 SP1 Configuration Manager. To import objects, you must have Create rights for the objects.
