For the purposes of this document, a functioning Office 365 environment is necessary before configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. If you have not already started an Office 365 subscription for your organization, read and follow the steps in the Microsoft Office 365 Trial Guide.

If you already have an Office 365 subscription, read through the Office 365 Trial Guide and confirm you have enabled the following Office 365 features:

  • Exchange Online

  • SharePoint Online

  • Lync Online
