|This topic provides online help content for cloud services, such as Windows Intune and Office 365, which rely on Windows Azure Active Directory for identity and directory services.|
This topic provides guidance about how you can sign in using additional security verification. Additional security verification settings are required during sign-in when an admin has configured your account to require multi-factor authentication. This means that you will need to use either phone-based verification via a call or text, or the Multi-Factor Authentication app, in addition to your user name and password, to sign in. For more information about multi-factor authentication and phone-based verification, see Signing in for the first time using Windows Azure Multi-Factor Authentication.
