Microsoft Lync Server 2010, Best Practices Analyzer scans computers in your network that are running Lync Server 2010 to determine if applicable updates are installed. The reports generated by the scan indicate if an update is missing.

Update 2568557 fixes an issue with dual tone multi-frequency (DTMF) based Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications, which are developed using Lync Server 2010, Unified Communications Managed API 3.0 (UCMA 3.0) workflow Speech controls. If a report indicates that this update is not installed on a specific computer, you should install it on that computer to fix the issue.
