Terms and Conditions for System Center Global Service Monitor as a Software Assurance Benefit

Your use of the System Center Global Service Monitor full service as a Software Assurance benefit is subject to the terms and conditions of your Microsoft Volume License Agreement, including the use rights for System Center Global Service Monitor set forth in the Microsoft Product Use Rights (PUR) published on the Microsoft Product Licensing site and the Microsoft Online Services Supplemental Terms and Conditions. If you were participating in the System Center Global Service Monitor free Trial Subscription, your System Center Global Service Monitor Trial Subscription Agreement will be terminated with the activation of this Software Assurance benefit.
