AddTypeCommand.IgnoreWarnings Property

Gets and sets the value of the IgnoreWarnings parameter of the Add-Type cmdlet. This property is introduced in Windows PowerShell 2.0.

When the parameter is specified, the cmdlet ignores warnings generated by the code compiler.
