ConnectionSettings.DatabaseName Property

Gets or sets the database required by the connection.

Assembly:  Microsoft.SqlServer.ConnectionInfo (in Microsoft.SqlServer.ConnectionInfo.dll)
public string DatabaseName { get; set; }

Property Value

Type: System.String
A String value that specifies the name of the database specified by the connection.
'Connect to the local, default instance of SQL Server.

srv1.ConnectionContext.DatabaseName = "AdventureWorks2012"
