SnapshotGenerationAgent.Distributor Property

Gets or sets the name of the instance of SQL Server acting as the Distributor for the publication.

Property Value

A String value that is the name of the Distributor.

Remarks

Distributor is a required property. If this property is not specified, a ReplicationAgentException

is thrown.

The Distributor is the instance of Microsoft SQL Server on which the snapshots for the publication are stored.
