Troubleshooting ActiveSync.Proxy Health Set

The ActiveSync.Proxy health set monitors the health of the Exchange ActiveSync infrastructure on your Client Access servers (CAS). If you receive an alert that specifies that the ActiveSync.Proxy health set is unhealthy, this indicates an issue that may affect the Exchange ActiveSync components on the CAS indicated in the alert.

The UNRESOLVED_TOKEN_VAL(ActiveSync) service might have been able to recover after it issued the alert. Therefore, when you receive an alert that indicates that the ActiveSync health set is unhealthy, first verify that the issue still exists.
