Converts a DateTime value to an instance of the Argument class.

The DateTime value to convert.

An Argument that is a ConstantValue representation of the DateTime value.

Thread Safety

Any public static (Shared in Microsoft Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
