Converts a Char value to an instance of the Argument class.

val
The Char value to convert.

Return Value

An Argument that is a ConstantValue representation of the Char value.

Thread Safety

Any public static (Shared in Microsoft Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
