Enable CLR integration
If checked, you can use CLR-based user-defined functions, procedures, triggers, and types from within the Database Engine.Even if this option is disabled, you can run data definition language (DDL) statements to create, alter, or drop user assemblies and CLR modules, but you cannot execute the CLR code.
For more information about CLR integration, see Building Database Objects with Common Language Runtime (CLR) Integration in SQL Server Books Online.
