Data Exploration Options Dialog Box (Analysis Services - Data Mining)
Use the Data Exploration Options dialog box in SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT) to set the sampling and charting options for the Explore Data dialog box. You can display the Data Exploration Options dialog box by clicking Sampling options in the Explore Data dialog box.

Select to randomly sample and retrieve the number of rows specified in Sample count as sample data. |

Select the number of rows to return as sample data. |

Select the number of discrete states to display in the Chart tab of the Explore Data dialog box. |
