Distributor.Disable Method

Sets the distributor's state to disabled.

Remarks

When you create an application, distributors are disabled.

Disabling a distributor prevents it from picking up notification work items for formatting and distribution. Use the DistributorCollection.Disable method to disable all distributors. Use the Enable method to enable a distributor.

Thread Safety

Any public static (Shared in Microsoft Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
