Setting Up the Create New Appointment Sample Application

The Create New Appointment sample application is installed by default in the \Program Files\Exchange SDK\SDK\Samples\CreateAppointment\ directory. Before using the CreateAppointment executable, build the CreateAppointment.exe file. After the CreateAppointment executable is built, the Create New Appointment sample application may be run from the command line.

To build CreateAppointment.exe

  1. Navigate to the \Program Files\Exchange SDK\SDK\Samples\CreateAppointment\ directory and double-click the CreateAppointment.dsw file icon.

    The CreateAppointment Microsoft® Visual C++® workspace opens.

  2. In the Build menu, select Build CreateAppointment.exe to build the CreateAppointment.exe file in the \Program Files\Exchange SDK\SDK\Samples\CreateAppointment\Release\ directory.
