To reset the password for a user account

  1. Open the Windows Home Server 2011 Dashboard.

  2. On the main navigation bar, click Users.

  3. In the list of user accounts, select the user account that you want to reset.

  4. In the <User Account> Tasks pane, click Reset the password. The Reset User Password Wizard appears.

  5. Type a new password for the user account, and then type the password again to confirm.

  6. Click Change password.

  7. Provide the new password to the user.
