Manually backup your server
The manual backup feature enables you to run a server backup at an unscheduled time that uses your current backup settings.
To backup up your server manually

Open the Windows Small Business Server 2011 Essentials Dashboard using an administrator account and password.

On the navigation bar, click Computers and Backup, and then click the name of your server.

In the Tasks pane, click Start a backup for the server, and then click Yes in the dialog box.
