Microsoft will not support the division of Active Directory forests into two or more different forests. You cannot take a domain out of one forest and put it into its own forest or move it between forests and expect to have Microsoft support you. Having upgraded from Outlook 2000, this feature didn't work. All the correct boxes were ticked in the Internet Options tags.Various help sites referred to a file *.nk2. However, this file was not found. Instead a file using the old file extention, *.nick was.Changing the file extention from ".nick" to ".nk2" resolved the problem. Autocomplete now functions perfectly.
