Update Device Drivers for MultiPoint Server

To make sure that your computer that is running MultiPoint Server behaves as expected, update the device drivers.

Generally, the following types of devices require that the most current drivers are installed:

  • Video adapters

  • Video displays (monitors)

  • Disk controllers

  • Network adapters

  • Sound controllers

  • USB host controllers.

Important

MultiPoint Server must have the correct video adapter drivers installed. If the correct drivers are not installed, you might not be able to map each station with the computer.
