Reset the InventDimParm setup for WHS items.

Remarks

In the case of WHS, for reservations the InventDimParmshould always have all active dims set to yes, to make sure reservation queries return just a single row from InventSum, and make sure that blank InventDim Criteria fields are added to the queries used.
