Updates the EmplDateJobIdx index in the JmgOvertimeSlize table to allow for duplicate records.

Remarks
The EmplId field is replaced with the new surrogate key field, the Worker field, and the HcmWorkerIdx unique index replaces the EmplIdIdx index. Initially this field contains no value. Therefore, the index is set to allow for duplicates before the field is updated with the value of the record ID field of the HcmWorker table.
