Updates the DefaultDimension field of the JmgIpcActivity table with the value that corresponds from the record ID of the DimensionAttributeValueSet table and the LedgerDimension and OffsetLedgerDimensionfields of the JmgIpcActivity table with the value that corresponds from the record ID of the DimensionAttributeValueCombination table.
