No existing keyboard event in WPF uses the KeyboardEventArgs. KeyboardEventArgs serves as the base class for the more specific KeyEventArgs and KeyboardFocusChangedEventArgs event data classes, which are used by existing WPF events such as UIElementKeyDown and UIElementLostKeyboardFocus.
