Unable to locate target record in ADODB.Recordset (Error 2158)

The target record could not be found when attempting to update an ADODB Recordset using Auto-Refresh, Refresh, or Delayed Memo Fetch. This error message can be generated when the record has been deleted on the source, or with a Recordset.Delete operation.
