Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 End of Support
Support for SQL Server 7.0 will end on January 11, 2011. Click the title of this announcement for more information.
Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Service Pack 2 now available
SQL Server 2008 Service Pack 2 contains updates for SQL Server Utility, Data-Tier Application (DAC), as well as integration capability for Microsoft Reporting Services with the Microsoft SharePoint 2010 Technologies. Service Pack 2 introduces support for a maximum of 15,000 partitions in a database, and includes SQL Server 2008 SP1 Cumulative Update 1 to 8.
Windows XP SP2, Windows 2000, and Windows Vista RTM End of Support
Support for Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) ended on July 13, 2010. Support for Windows 2000 ended on the same date. Support for Windows Vista Release to Manufacturing (RTM) ended on April 13, 2010. For more information, click the title of this announcement.
