The set of products have productivity benefits for users in working across the PC, phone and browser. Features include co-authoring in Word, PowerPoint and OneNote, e-mail management and calendaring enhancements in Outlook, and the ability to bring communication history and social network feeds into Outlook. The products also allow users to work virtually nearly anywhere with Microsoft Office Web Apps. These are online companions to Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and OneNote. With Office Mobile, people can work with Office documents on their phone, attached to an e-mail, and can access documents on a SharePoint 2010 site.
