Forefront Online Protection for Exchange is a hosted service that provides a layer of protection to actively help protect inbound and outbound e-mail from spam, viruses, phishing scams, and e-mail policy violations. In this video I’ll show you how you can use the built-in reports to troubleshoot issues with your FOPE service.

Specifically, we’ll look at how to create and run a deferral report, which you would run after receiving deferral notifications. Then I’ll show you how to create and run an e-mail traffic report, which provides a complete overview for your e-mail flow.
