Rate:

About This Video

There is panic in the IT department. The coffee machine ran out of coffee. And even worse, after that, the machine breaks down. Now what? This session will focus on how easy it is to create your existing processes into system center service manager. With the help of the coffee machine example, we will demonstrate from zero on how to create CI's into Service Manager, build a workflow with automatic routing and solve the case of the broken coffee machine, so that the IT department can continue to work... with a nice cup of coffee. Join us in this system where we will use the MOF framework, System Center Service Manager, Operations Manager (the coffee machine management pack!) and Opalis to define a specific incident process within an hour.

Session level: 300
